They look like the same color as mine, which I've also had a hard time describing with the name of a single color. I've uploaded a photo of my eyes to a photo editing program and used the eyedropper to see where it landed on the color wheel, and it ended up in the gray area of mostly blue, but skewed a little toward green.
In other words: Mostly gray with a slightly green shade of blue.
The thing about gray eyes is that they lack a lot of color, so they tend to absorb the colors around them. My eyes even look brown when there is a prominent orange sunset.
