It depends how good the place is, If its decents I'll go for a blue rump, best flavour, texture may not be quite as good as fillet, but I find fillet rather bland in the flavour stakes. Not so good I'd go for the fillet, but probably not bother. Steak is over rated IMO, and beef has a big carbon footprint.

Last night I had 8", about 1lb, Venison loin, nice and mature roadkill. That was good.

Ive achieved it b4, somebody slashed my tires, and my checkbook became at residing house. I gave the guy a ten dollar tip (it became a 7 mile stroll in any different case, we have no community cab service) the mechanic introduced my motor vehicle 2 hrs later with a invoice of $4 hundred for sparkling tires.

I'm usually after Prime Rib but if I'm at a REAL STEAKHOUSE it's got to be a big fat thick RIBEYE steak. Rare.

Medallion, cream-peppered sauce. Aussie Shiraz. Jam roly-poly with thick custard for afters. Thai lobster soup for openers.

dont go to steak houses but we love fillet steak and try to have it once a month , cooked rare! lush!
