Eminem, no doubt. I don't kid myself saying Eminem's the best rapper of all time. However, he's proved him self with four different albums, and the perfect balance of talent and mainstream appeal (except for Encore, way too commercialized). Soulja Boy has two songs that anyone's ever heard, weak rhymes on both, and every song is manufactured to sell to little kids who like the crap on the radio.
