No. Paul is buried under the floor of a Coptic church. The Vatican has John. Only a few years ago did the Vatican return Paul's scull to the Coptics so it could be buried with his body.

I have not heard this story. The Vatican claims they have St Peters bones, but won't allow anyone to do any tests on them. He was buried with another ossuary which held the bones of a couple of people, a pig and I believe a horse.

His remains are have been venerated at the Roman Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls (meaning the church is located outside of the traditional walls of the city of Rome) for centuries. He was beheaded during the reign of the Roman emperor Nero, not Octavian (Augustus).

sounds like a conspiracy theory, but why would they want to hide that fact. 11 of the apostles were killed for their beliefs, including him. why would it matter the manner

I don't think so but does it matter? We have his recordings on the Christ and we have the word inspired by God that he handed down to us. We don't need his dead body to go with it.
