At least I prefer pima cotton. I always go for the sheets with the highest thread count. They are more comfortable and last longer.
Good sheets make all the difference in a good nights sleep.
I refuse to sleep on satin sheets. Don't get it, never will. I'd be slip slidding away the way I roll around.
The higher the thread count the better the sheet. You must also look at the fibers.

Cotton, mostly. And I prefer colors that go with my bed. Cotton sheets are easy for me, and I don't want any silk or Egyptian cotton. I choose to go cheap, because it feels soft and I am used to sleeping on my bed with cotton sheets.

I'd like the kind of sheets that are free from having a little kid wetting them every other day. I prefer the dry kind of sheets on my bed. I know it sounds crazy, but that's just how I roll.

I like them to match my bedroom... and I have a quilt on my bed that's patchwork, with mostly pink and my walls are pink. So my sheets are a pink color, like a deep-pink.
