I find liberals are more progressive about nearly every social issue you can think of, including equality, race issues, gay rights, and reproductive freedom. They're also less likely to use some form of religion to justify their views of how people should be treated by others.

If you look at the breakdown of voting. Married women vote conservative while single women vote liberal. I guess that single women want the gov't to be their support, while married women can rely on their husband.

That's because they promote a world where ALL people can have choices in their lives whereas many conservatives would like one where everybody fits into a neat little box and they should stay there and be happy instead of wanting to do something else in their lives besides the ones expected of them based on their gender, religion, or race.

That question is framed so strangely, but I think women tend to vote liberal because many women are in touch with Humanistic values, which are closest to a liberal world view.
