Weight is a force Fw=ma
so mass and acceleration due to gravity are the variables. Acceleration due to gravity on earth is 9.8m/s.

Average weight per unit volume and total volume will work too. I love these questions where the question is ambiguous, so you just have to read the chapter for "the formula" that tells you the one that will give you points.
