Sometimes me and my gang just wrestle around and I scoot them along the floor and flip them in the air(only the youngest and toughest males, the girls are too delicate for tough play). We have towel rides and play hide and seek or simply chase. I have hard wood floor in the hallway and sometimes we "weezil bowl" in there, scooting them from one end of the hall to the other. They love it so much and scramble back to their feet just to run back for more.
The most important thing is to spend time with them and enjoy.
Here's a site that might give you a few ideas:

Enjoy!

PS: Have you thought about teaching her some tricks? All four of mine do and it's fun.
Here's a video of a ferret at work (sadly, not mine):

Put the ferret in a paper grocery bag with a kitchen towel, and crimp the top. Time the ferret to see how long it takes for him to come COMPLETELY out of the bag--they do this one at ferret shows for competition.

A large sweater box (plastic, cleanable) filled half full with uncooked rice or uncooked elbow macaroni (the macaroni is easier to pick up) and left where the ferret can dig is a really good way for them to get exercise. Make sure they don't poop in the box. A sweater box is low sided enough they can get in and out on their own.

The packing peanuts made of corn starch (not styrofoam, these ones melt when they get wet) in a big empty box so they fill half the box is a good play thing for them too.

Roll golf balls or ping pong balls on the floor for them. Save all your soda caps, the screw on ones from the 20 ounce and 2 liter bottles, the ferrets love to shove these around. You can put these in the bathtub for them, to keep them in one area and let the ferret play in there for a bit.

Lay a pair of bluejeans on the floor and slide the ferret into one leg, then call from the other leg. They use these as tunnels to run up and down in.

Check out some of the ferret videos over on YouTube, they'll have toys in the background to give you an idea of what to get. Stay away from rubber, ferrets chew on rubber and swallow it, and that's a medical operation to get it out. NO balloons. NO string. Those aren't safe.

Oh, there's so many things!

Let's see - a good ol' game of chase is always, take turns being the chaser and chasee. Towel/blanket rides are also fun - place her on a towel or blanket and drag her around. If she falls off, just keep moving, she'll probably start to chase after the blanket! You can also do that with a plastic bag. Another thing to do with a towel or blanket, flip it in the air above her, that always drives my ferrets nuts! I also like to 'rough' them up with my hands - be prepared for a few nips though! One of my ferrets loves when I take one of those plastic, jingle balls and toss it in a cardboard tube. He'll run in the tube after it, carry it out, hide it somewhere, and then come back to the tube and wait for me to do it again. I have little 'tug-of-war' ropes (they're tiny ones, just like the big ones for dogs, I actually got them at Weiss) and a couple of my ferrets like to use it to play tug of war with me.

Just experiment with different toys and things, the two of you will be making up your own games in no time! =)

The same ones you'd play with a cat.
