i baby sit 2 little girls and their parents are really nice but don't pay me as much as their other babysiter

what should i do? the girls really like me

Ask them if they can pay more. If they say no and it sounds reasonable that they can't afford it then keep babysitting.

tell them nicely that your rates are going up a little. or just ask them. Maybe the other girl is lying about her pay or maybe she has been babysitting for them longer or does other stuff like clean the house.

Find out why and if you're not satisfied with the answer. . . stop babysitting for less.
