You have to remember, she's catering to her constituents. Since you aren't one of her constituents, you may want to see about having your cerebral cortex disconnected, so you can get in step with her plans.
As for me, I know the US citizens won't vote that shrew into the most powerful office on the planet. I'm not sweating it.

In the immortal words of Ronald Reagan - "There you go again"
The conservative movement always laments the idea of a universal health care system, wales about the long waits, and will tell us that we should provide incentives for people to get their own private insurance.
This is the same insurance system that will pay to treat a heart attack, but not for preventive health care.
The same insurance system that excludes millions of people from getting coverage because they lost their job and had pre-existing conditions that the insurance companies do not want to pay for.
This is the same insurance system that has at best a 30% overhead cost, when Medicare has a 5% overhead cost.
This is the same insurance system that will allow your in-network hospital to outsource all of it's doctors from out-of-network providers, and then tell you that you should have used a network provider.
The insurance companies will tell you that the reason insurance works is that they have a very large pool of people that are covered together, and that the premiums of the well people help to offset the cost of those that become ill. And then will tell you that the same thing would not work if everyone was in the same pool of people. ????
If we put every man woman and child into Medicare, and covered all of the preventive care things that keep people healthy in the first place - we would end up spending billions LESS on health care than we do today.
The average benefit for a person on Medicare was less than $7600.00 in 2004. With 308 billion dollars spent on 42.1 million enrollees. This in a population that is far more frail and sicker on average than the US as a whole.
The average benefit for a person on Private Health Insurance was $6700.00 in 2004. With an average premium of $4200.00 and an average out of pocket expense of just over $3000. This makes a total of $7200.00 per person per year, in a population group that is far healthier to start than that on Medicare.
So just how low would the average benefit paid have been in Medicare, if they had all the healthier people as part of their group coverage?
The only ones who will get hurt by a Universal Health Care System, are the insurance companies and their investors. Do exactly what the insurance companies do - negotiate a price with the providers for services rendered. Let the patient pick which doctor they want to use - but the price paid stays the same. IF you want a doctor you feel is better qualified, and he charges and extra $50 per visit, it is your privilege and right to pay the extra cost to have the doctor you want.
But eliminate the massive duplication of services that is the billing and accounting branches of all these insurance companies.

I've got good news and bad news for you. The good news is that you won't need a cerebral cortex. The bad news is that its removal is not a covered benefit under Hillarycare.

Penelope, you and I both know that Hillary Clinton will be elected.
I don't understand why you are not happy to see a woman President. That is a huge step forward for women.
Instead of attacking her, you should be embracing her.

Yes, you better hold on to it. It will help you recover when she turns out to be a great President and all the exaggeration from the Republicans regarding a "nanny state" turns out to be just that. If nothing else, you all make great drama queens.
