Yes they really did this and yes it is disturbing. What is amazing is how they thought that they could actually get away with it. Is there no basic intelligence testing when you apply for federal jobs?

You realize that almost all of the info coming out of CNN is tainted by liberal agendas? This may be completely false and FEMA is just admitting fault falsely to save face? I'm no whacko conservative, but I know of the deep reach of the democrats power.

Disturbing, yes. Surprising...not at all. I'm in CA and this "help" is definitely NOT all it's cracked up to be by this gov't. The response on their level has been all show as of now...all show.
