This is an interesting question, and makes me realize how little I know about Hizb'allah. I wish I had the time to read up on this and form an intelligent opinion, though in truth, I might devote that free time to more pleasant pursuits if I had it.
Given, what I have read in the Wikipedia article (a lot of the other posters have criticized Wikipedia, but I think on most topics , it is about a close as you can get to a balance view -- particularly if you read the "discussion page" and the links, furthermore, if someone thinks the article is wrong or biased, they can edit it themselves), it is not unreasonable to consider it a terrorist organization, given their history of terrorist-like tactics (eg suicide bombs). Also it is my opinion that they are quite far from what I would classify to be a "force for good". Trying to turn Lebanon into an islamic state is a really bad idea given the large percentage of nonmuslims who live there and have lived there for generations. Also, the firing of rockets in Israel is only going to provoke a counterattack that kills innocent Lebanese.
However, to answer your question, if I am say Sweden (not one of the 6, I believe), I would most likely have a negative view of Hizb'allah, but would not necessarily go so far as to publically declare that I believe Hizb'allah to be a terrorist organization. Why? Because when you do that, I think you pretty much write off any possibility of diplomacy with Hizb'allah, and at this point the negatives of doing this somewhat outweigh any gain from doing so.
Finally, I would add that I do think terrorism is a serious problem and we (the US) are right to try to fight it -- BUT I think many of the things the current administration has done (this is a topic for another post) have not help, or have even hindered the fight AND we have to be very careful that we do not end up giving support to bad regimes in this fight (such as we did far too often in the fight against communism in the 1950's - 1980's).

I don't know where you get your information, but I'm positive that you forgot to study the other 280 nations to get an unofficial opinion.
I would guess almost all nations agree, if they are informed.
Why don't you explain to me why liberals are giving them driver's licenses? Do you think that this could be considered "conspiracy to commit terrorist acts" on the part of the State of New York, for example?

I remember the last time I had to correct your information.
You seemed to think that the Islamofascist movement was all a rightwing fabel foisted upon the populace.
I then gave you news articles written by people all over the world who were reporting the murders of hundreds of people, all within 11 hours of my answer to you.
I think you should change your name to "intentionally delusional".
