How to get my cousin off the roof?

My cousin went up to the roof, just to see how far she'd see. It was ok, but now she can't get off, because she is afraid (gets giddy).
She is just sitting up there, on the last step of the roof ladder and won't bulge. I told her not to be a baby, but come down, and she won't.
If I tell her grandmother (she lives with her grandmother who is my great grand aunt), she won't let her go to the school party next week, she said she would not go if she did something silly.
How can I get her off without telling no one, obviously?

It's a pitched roof, and there is a ladder embedded into it. We just took another ladder, prompted it against the wall, she climbed that, and then - the embedded ladder, and sits there near the chimney. She can see really far from there.

Well for one thing , if she doesn*t come down she isn*t going to go to the party anyway.
She should not look down, but put one foot then the other on the top rung of the ladder, holding on to the ladder, then still not looking down, start backing down the ladder. Maybe she will have learned her lesson.

Get another Ladder maybe from the neighbors or something or just tell her to jump and you catch her if its low, or if u have a swimming pool make her jump off the roof into the swimming pool
