* Seafood - leave Myrtle Beach and go to Murrells Inlet, no question there. I like Creek Rats and Flo's Place. Lotsa people like Dockside.
* Italian - Myrtle Beach isn't really known for being a haven of Italian immigration. Not going to find anything like you would in NYC or Chicago. Still, the other suggestions you have are good.
* BBQ - there's only one real BBQ (boy is this a subjective debate topic) in Myrtle Beach and that's NC BBQ Company at 603 S. Kings Hwy. Closest thing to Lexington you get this side of Charlotte.

As you probably know, it's just too massive to list. And, it depends if you want fancy or out of the way casual places.
For seafood, it's probably worth the drive down to Murrells Inlet.
Type in "Myrtle Beach Restaurants" and you'll get some good info with customer reviews... Angelo's, while I've never ate there, I hear the steak is great, and the Italian is good.....I'm going to be there this winter and plan on trying it.
If you want some little casual out of the way places, (cheap and good) but not the atmosphere, let me know.

Villa Romano is absolutely the best Italian restaurant in Myrtle Beach and maybe the best of any type restaurant.

Enjoy, my friends and I eat there whenever we visit the area.
