With our busy lifestyles, it's all some people can hope for these days. Vitamins are absorbed via our hair when we wash it - how efficient is that?
I have a yummy selection of shampoos, which provide me with everything I need. To get fibre, I swallow beauty pads.

I guess if you are eating that for viatimins than you probably don't need a laxative either as I am sure that will do the job too!!!!
Wow, I've heard of weird ways of getting one's viatimins but this one takes the cake!!

tasty? uh...ew. and no it is not ok. it also depends on the vitamins and nutrients u get from ur food, so follow the food pyramid.
