I think the Bill of Rights and the Constitution should be forever carved on that rock.
Also it should be paid for directly from the pockets of all serving politicians so that they have no excuse to forget that these exist for a reason.

Ronald Reagan,I don't think any more really needs to be said on that one.
As for Kennedy the fact is he would have gone down as an average to above average President at best had it not been for his assasination. The only reason everyone remembers him so fondly is because someone put a piece of lead through his nugget at high-velocity.
