I really need to gain weight. I'm about 5'3/5'4, not sure and about 97 pounds. i wanna gain like 10 to 15 pounds by freshman season for football.i have about 9 months till 9th grade starts. so i have plenty of time. i also have high metabolism which means my body tries to get rid of the fat in some areas. i was 90 pounds last summer and for some odd reason i went up to 97. i really need help. also i wanna play wide reciever

Just eat right you probably had a growth spurt thats why you gained the 7 lbs. My brother uses Mioplex weight gainer
along with eating about five meals a day talk to a nutritionist
and your trainer before any regime.

ive got the same problem except im a tad bit tubby so i dont want to eat untill i weigh enough i play rugby and so the best thing i think is to gain shoulder mass, do bench presses push-ups, and that think where you pull the bar down that is attached to weights BUT dont pull it behind your head, that is the old way the new and correct way is to pull it infront

to play wide out, you should just gain about 10 lbs. This way you can add strength but keep your agility and speed.

Eat a lot of food high in protein and carbs.

fatty foods but exercise as well.
you can build muscle mass and not chubb
