Why do all the analysts say the A-Rod has the AL MVP unaminously but the NL MVP is tight? The AL could either be A-Rod, Mike Lowell, David Ortiz, Vladimir Guerrero..by no means does A-Rod going to win by a wide majority. But for the NL omfg, Matt Holliday better fricken win it unanimously. Jimmy Rollins SHOULD HAVE NO shot at winning. 32 HRs...less than 100 RBI, less than .300 batting average. No! Ryan Howard has a BA of .264!!!!! It's not question. AL should be tight, NL should be no question

How do you figure A-Rod doesn't win in a landslide?

He led the league in HR's, RBI's, runs, total bases, slugging %, OPS, runs created, and times on base. He also had 31 doubles, 24 steals, and 95 walks.

In the N.L., Holliday will win it, due to him carrying them over the last month of the season.

A-Rod had 54 HR and 156 RBI. Nobody even came CLOSE to that. A-Rod has the unaminous vote; Holliday does not.

Oh, and the idiot who said Prince Fielder/A-Rod for AL MVP needs to stop breathing.

Stop being such a red sox fanboy. A-Rod lead the league in most of the important categories, like Kris said.

While Lowell and Ortiz had good seasons, A-Rod had a spectacular season.

I agree totally with both your AL and NL MVP assessments. Personally hoping for someone other than A-Rod to win the AL.

Arod's stats blow away the competition... Holliday's playing in Colorado will cost him votes, and let Rollins edge him out.
