Finance (I think now rule of thumb is years savings for personal survival as well)
Hard work, long Hours
respectable service
A choice location.
Don't know if that's what it takes in this era, But that's what it took for us from 1966-1998. And we didn't have savings!
That's what it took and a whole lot more. It was an eaiser start up in those days, But still a challenge in the early and
later years, well worth the journey.
