I used to have a button that let me open a wizard to do that, but I lost it, and I don't know what it is called so I can't even search tech support and help for it

Clipart is normally saved with a ".gif" or ".bmp" file extension.

Almost any photo editing program can do this in the Save As... box. For example, give the free Paint.net a try:
