It is true. Some of the answerer's on here need to take a course in boolean logic, in order to learn the difference between 'and' and 'or' (-2 can't be greater than AND equal to -4, but it can be greater than OR equal to -4)

It is not true, it is false because -2 is not any way equal to -4, although it is greater. The inequality would have to be rephrased as such to be true: "-2 is greater than -4".

To write an inequality using mathematical symbols, you would write "-2 > -4", instead of "-2 ≥ -4".

-2 is greater than -4, so it can't be = to it as well!
So your statement is actually false.
