Beginning in 2007, most of the United States begins Daylight Saving Time at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and reverts to standard time on the first Sunday in November. In the U.S., each time zone switches at a different time.

In the European Union, Summer Time begins and ends at 1:00 a.m. Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time). It begins the last Sunday in March and ends the last Sunday in October. In the EU, all time zones change at the same moment.

Co-incidence! I heard on the radio today that we change time NEXT sunday 2am. It would have been this sunday before they lengthened Daylight Saving Time. The clocks go backward. Yay, 7 more days before we turn into pumpkins at 5:30!!

Congress, in the U.S.A., passed an energy bill, that has those states that do participate, move their clocks back and hour on November 04th. This is the new end to daylight savings time. Only a few states, like Arizona, never change their clocks. Spring forward, Fall back.

It depends on where you live. In some areas of the US and Canada (don't know about other parts of the world) they never go to Daylight Savings Time so the time is not adjusted. In other areas of the world they go on Double Daylight Savings time so they will be adjusting 2 hours back. In areas where the time was set forward one hour in the spring, it will move back one hour in the fall; the date of the change will depend on where you live.

In spring, clocks "spring forward" an hour.
In fall, clocks "fall back" an hour.
There is plenty of warning from the news and internet.
Microsoft changes my computer clock automatically.
I change the rest by hand.
Good luck and may God bless you.
