be like a girl from the 80s you know with a sideways ponytale and leggens and gym shorts. any you need a top that falls over your shoulders. with glitter on your face and cute makeup. hoped this helped

A real costume that is "complete" is not cheap. With some imagination and bargain hunting you may be able to "create" something. Goodwill/Salvation Army/99 cent stores may have unique and cheap items. Even without a decided upon costume a visit to these places can give you ideas. My interest in belly dancing and taking the classes (and swap meet purchases) means I already have what I need for a costume. What are your interests and how can they be used as a costume may help you decide.

red t-shirt and jeans with a redcow girl hat and boots with make up will do great as a costume or if you dont want to wer the shirt try swim suit top !

bare your feet
grab your table cloth off your table and wrap it around your upper chest
put the ring of flowers that are around your candles,
in your let down hair. draw a star on your cheek and go as a love child
and dammit, do it right now !!!!!!!
