Its only illegal (regarding children) if its considered sexual, and that cover isnt.

of mine when they were babies, some in the bath, some of them running around naked (I dressed them, but they liked to
take their clothes off) I know my moms has a few of me naked, she calles them her ransom photos. She won't show
them to a new friend if I do something for her. I don't have
any problem with it, why do you dislike it so much????????

Good question! And how come diaper commercials can show pictures of bare baby buttocks, but Victoria's Secret can't show their models with bare bottoms?
