I suppose that would depend on how you plan on pronouncing this.
Jarrel(l) is a fairly common surname generally said JAHR-ul or JER-ul, and I'm certain Jarel is a variant also used. Jorel/Jorrell, on the other hand, appears to be jor-EL (like a name that might have been used for Superman's brother or something LOL), or at the very least JOR-ul (similar to gerbil). These spellings most certainly aren't interchangeable. So which were you going for?
Edited to add: Apparently "Jorel" doesn't just *sound* like a name that would have been used for Superman's brother. It was his FATHER's actual name (thanks to an above comment pointing that out ROFL)! So I suppose if it were used for his brother, he'd have been Jorel (Jor-El), Jr. LOL I think I'd avoid that particular association. Unless of course you ARE huge Superman fans and intended this as a comic pop culture reference, in which case Jorel seems the obvious choice (short of actual mid-name punctuation and capitalization ... never a great idea). I like Jarrell Jonas, it looks the nicest. Did you know Jorel was Superman's dad? That's what I think of when I see it. But that's just MY opinion, it's YOUR baby.

I would say Jarrell Jonas, having two boys with the surname being JESSIE I had the dilema of trying to find names that didn't make them sound like they had three first names; so I came up with Joseph Jordan Jessie, and Jacobi Ray Jessie!
Anyway, Congrats to you and the father!
