I never voted for him, but on behalf of this great state, I apologize for my fellow Nevadans sending this traitor to Washington D.C. Will you forgive us?

As long as you volunteer for the Republican Party and VOTE for the Republican Ticket in 2008! Will you do that? Is that a promise???? If I hear yes, than apology accepted.

Otherwise, you are doomed and I mean doomed. I will have you tracked down, and thrown to the coyotes.

I will also find your family and friends. Do I make myself clear.

Thank for asking.... :)

Nah, won't do any good. Just feel sorry you have to be represented by this reprehensible icon of imbecility, who maligns our own citizens ( American soldiers ), just following orders, declares defeat prematurely, won't apologize when he's wrong about his views when proven wrong, and is generally a proven buffoon politically. He's a sorry excuse for a politician, but as long as he satisfies the rich, powerful, and gives stuff to the poor locally, he'll get re-elected ( much like Ted Kennedy in MA ), and there's nothing that can probably be done about it ( unless we can start a Republican Immigration program to neighboring states....hmm ). Anyway, just be glad you're on the "right" side. God bless ya, guy.

Harry Reid is a disgrace and a traitor. He learned his politics from another disgrace Jimma Carter. Are those two related. They are cut from the same cloth. Twin sons of different mothers.

If you were Reid I'd accept the apology, but since you're not, and not guilty of idiocy, there is nothing you need to be forgiven for.
Perhaps you might consider moving, unless you've found a way to get that jerk out of office?

Poor Harry, as long as he was hidden in the senate he was ok, but at being the Senate whip he is way over matched. Idiot is the word I would use. Coupled with that House Idiot she falls into the female acrnym, Cant Understand Normal Thinking. She and Harry and the ex military fool who was exposed as taking bribes, the bunch should be replaced by one combination Senate/Congress. none of this passing the buck, and voting differently on each issue.

I forgive anyone who never voted for him.
Anyone who may have voted for him in the past but not during his last election.
And I extend my forgiveness to those who do not vote for him in his next election.

Those who continue to vote for him get no forgiveness because they have not repented.

No need. It's not your fault. We have Boxer, my Senator and Pelosi. Feinstein funneled billions of dollars in Government Defense contracts to her husbands companies when she was Chairperson of the Appropriations Committee. All she did was step down. There was no outrage from the left, no ethics investigations.Typical double standard.

Yes, thanks. Even though it's not your fault

Maybe you should paraphrase the Dixie Chicks in your apology: "Just so y'all know, we're ashamed that Senator Reid is from Nevada"

Don't sweat it dude.

I never in a million years ever thought anybody could outdo Ed Kennedy in being a total moron.

Reid proved me wrong.

You don't need to apologize for a politician they all make gaffes no matter the state they represent. Sometimes their ridiculous comments make politics bearable.
