Several times.... I usually regret more the thing I neglect to say to people that need to hear how I feel.

Yes, sometimes I wish I would have taken more time to think about how someone else might receive my words. If I know that I might be entering into a situation where there is potential to conflict, I say a prayer ahead of time. I ask God to provide me with the "right words." Especially if you have an emotional personality.

If I have hurt someones feelings or if they didn't understand what I was trying to say, I make a sincere effort to correct the situation. I apologize when need be.

Avoid e-mailing at difficult times as you never know what someone is going to read it. It's always better to handle your affairs in person if you ask me.

Good luck!

not really,my elderly parents can get me into feuds, and the things that we screech at each other hurt like knives ripping the skin, their minds are shot,so they dont remember too much, but i never forget! and if what ive said was justified and true, then i do not regret ever saying it.they fight over the freakiest things! you cant win the battle f the minds with two brain damaged parents, but i can sometimes!

Not really...its better out than in anyway. I may regret the TIME at which I've said it, not not actually saying, because if I said it, you needed to hear it...I'll just deal with the consequences...Honesty is better

OH yea. I am a walking faux pas. A social blunder waiting to happen. But that does at least make life interesting.

Indeed I have.
But I banish these regrets.
If I had done anything differently, it wouldn't be me anymore.
It would be someone else, writing this message.
