Inconsistency is the characteristic feature of Indian Cricket. You can almost say 'Inconsistency, thy name is Indian Cricket! You beat the best team today and lose to a non-entity tomorrow. You look the contest equally interesting and absorbing whether you play the mighty Kangarros or the minnows, Bangladesh or Scotland. When every one writes you off, you beat the best side in the world. But, we, Indians are incorrigible optimists. We always hope that you win and probably, that is the reason behind your losing more often than not. After all, it is not your fault. It is ours.'

As per world standards, India's performance in cricket is reasonably good. They have already won the T20 World Cup defeating strong opponents.

It is
1)Very good in 20-20.
2)Ok in Tests but can improve.
3)Lot of improvements required in ODIs-especially Fielding,bowling at death Overs &
Running between the wickets.
If these are taken care of ;we can even win a whole series against the Aussies also !!

I agree.
They need to find something magical. They are good. But there is certainly something lacking. That something is what Aussies have.
Inia is quite good. Have won the 20x20.
It looked like the Aussies were helpless!
So they should tighten their belts, not allow 4, and catch every catch. We do not want to catch anyone napping!
They did win some. Must win more.

THEY ARE THE BEST OUT THEIR........they've got the best the talent in the world........they are no kids and know their strenght very well .....they just lack consistency.......but calling them incompetent is the worst mistake any team should make in world cricket..........
