No1. the statement would be true if the Universe is a finite closed containment system and energy is not being reabsorded in another floating mass structure.
No.2 .This is true but only for the same instance.
No.3. True if the usefull usable energy is less than the input.
No.4. True =that means you cannot obtain additional work without adding New heat energy input intro the process.
N0.5. True =that means that heat radiation pressure must be higher in order to move to the system of lower pressure. The motion of the pressure will move till the two temperature energy pressures are in equilibrium in each reservoirs. Only then when the presures are equal the reservoirs are in equilirium.
No.6.False= that means that during a work process a certain amount of mass is lost to the suroundings as a function of themperature energy changes till a limit is reached . For example ;if you plug the Tail pipe of your car there is no more entropy and the engine stops from doing work.

Basically in simple terms the 2nd law of thermodynamics indicates that every thing degrades in the Universe.
Hence You get nothing for nothing and the price you pay for obtaining work is Entropy.
