Yes, as a matter of fact, I am (or at least they tried).
I took a class in college, "international business". It was all about America's flaws and the promise of globalization.
The class was full of conservatives who gave the professor a beat down every time she opened her mouth against this country. Never fear: the people still run the show here, and they're not as dumb as liberals want them to be.

We have been teaching diversity in the college classrooms for at least 10 years. The concept of globalization didn't start with Bush but it sure has accelerated. We all know that it is only in the interest of commerce but for the more local economy and the soveriegnty of nations, it is horrible. There is little doubt it will lead to civil discourse and a bad quality of life for the majority of people.

What exactly is globalization? Does it mean that every country would have it's designated job? That everyone in that country must be a producer of say, cars, or clothes?
Does it mean that there would be "most favored nation trading status" with all nations?
Does it mean the free flow of information across borders?
Does it mean the end of rivalries?
Or does it mean that we give away any remaining technology that we have, and then the rest of the world sells it back to us at hugely inflated prices?
Or does it mean that our borders are open to anyone who wants to come and take what we have without giving anything in return?
What exactly does it mean?
Do we want it?
If we don't how do we stop it?

No, what's happening with globalism is you have to get used to not having a job so Republican CEO's can import cheap crap from slave labor camps in China.

No, I don't think so.
And I really have no clue what a corporate communist society is since corporations are antithetical to communism.

Talk about conspiracy theories. It would seem that before GWB became President there wasn't much about this kind of thing. I wonder if his Administration isn't behind much of it.

Do you shop at WalMart? do you buy veggies from Mexico and South America because they are so much cheaper? Do you buy shoes from a discounter like payless etc? Then you have caved and you are supporting it. If you care, change your lifestyle. if you won't change your lifestyle, then shut up and enjoy it.
