a swarm of hornets followed by a mob of spiders crawl all over you and sting you, then while you're being mobbed, you fall off a cliff and land 3 feet from a trampoline

I think it depends on the person. I personally think throat slashing are the creepiest thing! But other things like burning alive or decapitation don't really bother me. However, one thing that really makes me cringe above all others is "biting the curb" *shudder*

Being hung while your feet are lowered into a pool of acid and once your feet burn off a quarter of your legs are lowered in, then another quarter, etc,
