Use Fantasy football Yahoos Videos by the Fantasy GURUS and also Fantasy football Live on Sunday, especeilly early on to make changes before the deadline. Also just keeping up with general Stats from players and looking at the defenses they are playing against.

If you play in a Yahoo league just use the news icons to see what's happening.
Fantasy is nothing more than good anticipation and a little bit of luck.(well a good draft helps too-but that's anticipation)

I use a combination of sources.
fftoolbox.com - left side navigation bar has weekly cheat sheet
fftoday.com - under rankings/projections
Our league (ESPN) has their own projection system built into it, im sure yours does too.
Also,
sports.yahoo.com/fantasy and games.espn.com.
These are all good sources for projections, who to pick up and injury reports.
Good luck.
