I had sore boobs before implantation, so yes, I believe you can. You can have a hormonal shift by the fertilized egg because it is as a "foreign" object in your body, growing and the cells are rapidly multiplying... but consider this: hCG, the pregnancy hormone, isn't made until implantation. You aren't considered "pregnant" until implantation. Yes, you can have symptoms, but you can't confirm that they are pregnancy symptoms until after implantation with a positive pregnancy test.

No. Before implantation, the egg is free floating and would not yet affect your body. Upon implantation, your HCG levels will begin to rise. These are the hormones that create the "symptoms of pregnancy."

Many of the signs of early pregnancy are very similar to PMS. It seems that many times when we're trying to conceive, we notice more and are more aware of any little twinge or possible symptom.

"You may start noticing pregnancy symptoms and/or be able to detect pregnancy after implantation, which occurs from around 7-10 days post ovulation. If you have conceived, the embryo starts to produce hCG after implantation and not before, so it is not possible to detect pregnancy or have pregnancy symptoms before this time." http://www.bellybelly.com.au/articles/pregnancy/pregnancy-symptom-sign-of-pregnancy

Best of luck to you!

No, HCG causes the early symptoms and that's produced right after implantation.

No, you can not. Your body is not technically "pregnant" until the time of implantation. Your hormones (which cause the symptoms) will not have changed yet.

no, to your body your not pregnant until that fertalized egg implants its self. The symptoms you get when your pregnant are due to the HCG hormone effect on your body.
