Do a monologue for him/her that is so good, that it won't be necessary for you to even ask him/her to get you a Disney audition. They will do it on their own.

The question you might want to ask yourself is, "Why is it necessary for you to have to CONVINCE your agent?" Why don't they do it of their own initiative?

There is a reason. Are you trained? Do you have any experience?

If you were your agent and you knew that your main purpose for doing that type of work was to represent actors who really have a good chance to get cast, because you know that if they get cast you get paid, would you send YOU in for an audition? And if you did, would you be confident that YOU could book the job? Would you have confidence in YOUR acting ability? Do you think you live up to the benchmark of the kids you see on Hanna Montana and High School Musical for example?

If not, then until you get trained, it will be difficult for you to convince your agent of anything of the sort.

Have a look at this page link: http://www.actingcareerstartup.com/teen_acting.html . There's also a link to something that has to do with Disney on that page.

Good luck!

You really cannot get the agent to do anything that is impossible or to try to get you an interview for a role they do not think you are suited for. You should have made your preference for disney and nick clear in your interview with the agent before you signed? Or are you with a real agent? Doesn't sound like it since you use the term 'acting agent' when just agent would be correct. Also your ignorance about how an agent works make me wonder. I would very much appreciate it if you tell me the name of your agency. Thanks, Doc

just let them know that you are very interested in auditioning for those networks, so if there are any auditions that she is aware of for them to let you know. but you also have to fit the role that they are looking for. if the director only wants to see certain people then there's not much you can do about it.
