New England should be able to beat Washington. What I don't understand is: Why are the Pats 17 point favorites? I know that the Redskins will cover the spread. Their defense is one of the best. If the Redskins are to have any chance of beating the Pats, they need to contain New England's receivers, especially Randy Moss and blitz Brady. London Fletcher and Shawn Springs really need to play their best. Prediction: Valiant effort by Washington, but NE is too much. NE 27 WASH: 14
