She may be teething. My 6 month old just got his first tooth and the week before the tooth came in he didn't want to eat solid food because his gums were sore.

Don't underestimate a baby's taste buds. Baby food is probably delicious, until you've tasted table food. Now that she know how good table food is, she may not like the taste of the baby food as much. Let her eat table food and supplement it with the baby food that she'll still eat.

Does she make a face? It could be that she doesn't like the taste of the food that you are introducing her to, or it may be that she is bothered by the texture. Babies (like adults) will be selective in the foods that they eat. I raised 5 children, and yes, everyone of them did this at some time. Hope this helps.

she may just be going through a faze or she could just be playing a game. maybe she wants to feed herself try some finger foods if she is ready.and she may want the table food her taste buds are probably changing . but don't worry when she is hungry she will eat. my first child would only eat things that were not messy if it mushed in his hands he wouldn't touch it

The baby is just having fun with the food, most probably.
I did not give my babies any food other than breast milk for about nine months, so I didn't have this issue so early, but they did like spitting it out, then grinning like it was the funnest thing they did all day

Most of the time my babies did that when they didn't want that particular thing in their mouth, and or to watch it hit the highchair then play in it. Pay attention...you'll figure it out.
