I always try to offer help if I think it is needed. e.g recently stopped to help a young woman change a wheel because she looked as if she was struggling - and she was, hadn't done it before. I like to think that if I was ever in a situation where I needed help someone would offer it.

Yes. I help people as much as I can. I try my best to live by The Golden Rule, " Do onto others as you would have them do unto you ". So if someone needs help, I help them, because I would want them to help me if I were in that same situation.
