He's not in prison now. No one will know until he is sentenced.

His court hearing is in December. He faces not only Federal but also State charges so expect at least a 2 to 5 year prison sentence. His NFL career is over if you are hoping that once he gets out he can continue his NFL career. That won't happen.

He is going to prison in December. The news said he could go up to 28 months.

He hasn't gone or been sentenced yet. No one knows except maybe the judgs at this point. For justice to be served, he needs to do at least 2 solid years for sure.

He's not locked up yet. You won't know when he gets out until you know when he goes in and what the sentence will be.
