Clayton, Jaydon, and Jarren are my least favorite - they sound too trendy I think. Cristian, Landon, and Quinton are much better though I prefer Christian and sometimes Quentin (though I love Quinton like that! Quint or Quin would be an awesome nickname).
To mix it up a little, I like these combinations better (sorry I'm messing up your list lol!): Jack Martin and Lee Christian, Jack Landon and Martin James... er that's all I can think of lol. I'm not really fond of the whole same initial thing for twins - since they share everything else in life, why do they have to share a name?
Try www.nymbler.com - you can just type in names you already like (but they have to be popular enough to be in the database - like Jayden instead of Jaydon) and up will come tons of suggestions based on that list. Maybe it will help you come up with more names.
