I know we have depth at defence and that we have to give up something but not Ohlund. He's one of the best all around defencemen in the league that not many people talk about. He's our little secret. (oops maybe I shouldn't have said that...)

Canucks can afford to move a defenseman like Ohlund to the Rangers. It's just a matter of what the blue shirts have to offer in return.

Forsberg-via free agency if and when healthy? Probably not but it's a thought. Don't even have to give up anything to get him.
I could see them and NJ making a deal just to give guys a change of scenery in both places in a hope to get some scoring- Elias??

Minnesota is right. There are a ton of young talented guys waiting for their chance to shine. There best option is to find a free agent rather than drop big bucks on a top player.
