i will answer in order.

1. she should be in her crib no later then 9pm
2. if you put her in bed at 9pm she should wake about 7:30am
3. 9pm to 7am is plenty of sleep for night time.
4.tell her good night and let her cry i know it is hard but eventually she will learn to go to sleep with out crying.

she should be taking an afternoon nap. nap should last at least 1 1/2 hours. so lay her down after you feed her lunch.

Well I wish I could answer your questions and say "do this, do that" but it isnt so easy I dont think. I'll tell you about my 10 month old for comparison I guess

1. he goes to bed when he is tired, usually 730-8pm, sometimes earlier. (try and get a good routine going , we have dinner, play, bath, supper, bottle, bed)
2. he usually sleeps until 6-7am
3. I leave him to wake himself unless Im going somewhere or am trying to keep him in a routine and he is sleeping way way over but that never really happens.
4. I think personally that breastfeeding makes self settling in bed haarder as kids get into the habit of falling asleep on the breast. I rock my son to sleep (it usually takes like 2 minutes) but this is far from ideal and I know I have to get him to self settle very soon. I wont do controlled crying (leaving them to cry) because I personally dont agree with it and couldnt do it to him but I wil (I think) try the pick up put down technique (look it up) but it basically involves picking them up when they get upset and putting them down when they settle (but not sleep) and doing this a thousand times until they learn!!!

Good luck with it all, dont feel you "HAVE" to do anything other than love and care for your baby and well done on still breastfeeding.xx
