I think that it is ok. I don't see anything wrong with appreciating another persons natural beauty. Likewise, I will say if I think another girl is ugly also.

Yea its completely okay i do it all the time! Guys think its weird because a lot of them don't want to compliment eachother for fear of looking "Gay"

It's fine if girls say other girls are pretty. I do it all the time. There is nothing wrong with it.

If a woman compliments another woman it's no biggy in our culture really. But if a man compliments another man they are assumed gay.
