Define "public".
If you mean in front of a group of people in a business meeting or at a party or at church, no. Probably not.
I'd try to find a more private place rather than deliberately or consciously fart in public.
If you mean in front of my family or people I know really well, maybe.

according to randy mash if u hold your fart too long you can get spontaneous combusted. if u fart too much, you will cause gobal warming..

so randy say only farts when it necessary... even in public yes...

but never do it in the evaluator... unless you are alone and you like to smell your own farts.

Well, it you have too, there is no choice.
I remember once I was in a telephone booth, and I really let one go.....even gross to me......I hung up the phone, and walked out.......There was a man, waiting to use the phone
booth....he walked in, and walked right out shaking his head.
My heels were made for walking fast....Goodness, so
embarrassing.

boys do it all the time i think it is gross...i would not in public if i had to I can always find a restroom somewhere
