The "meaning of life" is not some big secret that requires a Swami or a Dali Llama or a Pope to tell us. You ask how I "would' use the knowledge as if I do not already know it. The meaning is to make meaning out of your own existence as it exists in existence. The meaning is: give purpose to your life; no one else will.
So I use my knowledge to further my purposes. I write. I read. I am a productive worker. I love. I judge. I am helpful to others when I want to be. I never initiate the use of force.
The "meaning of life" is yours to define. How will YOU use it?

To be honest i wouldnt want to know it. The meaning of life is an 'answer' that philosophists have been searching for for as long as humans could think. To know this would almost be defeating the game and hence degrading your own existence. Why would you want to know this when you can then be seen as an object with a purpose of one thing only. Then people would have a reason to be stereotypical!

No-one will ever know. If we did someone would come along and mess it up. Then we'd all be up the creak without a paddle.
Human's are doing a pretty good job of destroying life anyway.

I think everyone would use it different. Now that you mention it I can't think of one thing of importance that I would do with that information. Maybe it's just better off not being known. But if I did know I would apply to my life to help me in any way and to also help others. :) good question.
