Everyones pain tolerance differs. Once you experience pain in many forms you can mentally prepare for it when it does occur. If you live with pain 24 hours a day then usually you can tolerate the simple things likes cuts and bruises and bumps if major pain is inflicted its not as sever to those who experience pain on a daily basis. John Kennedy once said the pain became like an old friend if you live with pain you understand what he meant.

Yes I have a high threshhold, but I think most women do, its men that can't take pain, women are so much stronger than men, men are so cute when they are in pain, they complain, and want sympathy, they want to be taken care of, the little devils, they are so damn cute

I comprehend this may no longer get examine, because of the age of the question. i'm 28 and that i have CIPA, and id go with to remark that it hasnt hindered my potential to slot in. I in simple terms ought to furnish self examinations after complicated events. I honestly were advised i could have a shorter existence, yet i settle for the challange. the in simple terms advice i provides is stay in touch emotionally as empathy isn't a reliable in structure for us. Thanx

I have a high threshold for pain since I was born. My mother took me to the Dr. when I was a few weeks old & when he looked into my ears he yelled at her for not bringing me in sooner because I had a REALLY bad ear infection & I should have been constantly screaming according to him. My mother said that I wasn't constantly screaming, I ate well & slept well so she had no idea about it! I still to this day get bad ear infections. I have one now!!

My pain threshhold must be infinite, it does appear to be limitless - that doesn't mean I don't FEEL pain, I just put up with it.

Very high. I had three fingers cut off at work about three years ago, and I was the only one there that still had sense enough to pick them up and get them on ice. Every one else there was freaking out.
