That's a toughie. I'm not sure exactly what the question is asking.

But I can rule out biochemistry, since it's about chemical reactions, and body structures are pretty much irrelevant in biochem. And you can probably rule out biogeography, since it has more to do with populations of organisms in a given area. I doubt it's fossils as well, since a fossil with gill and tail structures wouldn't be classed as human.

Vestigal organs is my best guess, since I know human fetuses have tails that disappear before birth, and may have gill slits as well, but my memory's not totally clear on that one.
