Song on Radio 1 - 'hometown'???

I keep hearing a song on BBC Radio 1 fairly often and I'm desperate to knwo who it's by and what it's called - it's sung by a woman, and all the lyrics I can catch are something about 'my hometown'... sounds very sad and emotional. Please help!

sorry cant help with name but go to radio ones web site and find whos program you heard it on and look at the playlist
