This is by the German project called E Nomine, which produces this interesting blend of techo/beat/choral music.

This track is called 'Schwarze Sonne' and is from the album 'Beste aus Gottes Beitrag und Teufels Werk' from 2003/04.

You can get it from most online CD stores, including Amazon.

It sounds like something from the Final Fantasy soundtrack by Nobuo Uematsu - similar to the "Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec" clip.
