Well, if he has income that is not reported, child support may never be able to get anything from him. Try going to Social services to get help. The fact that he is paying nothing may backfire on him because it is kept track of and if nothing else, by the time he files for Social Security they will deduct for back child support from his SS payments.

Get a lawyer. Your lawyer can get an order for temporary child support. Its only worth it, if you're actually going to get any money from him, if he has unreported income, you won't get any of that.
