Ask at local quilt shops about classes they hold or what they know about in the area.

http://tinyurl.com/28lsug and http://tinyurl.com/ypk3l3 each have a list of Wisconsin quilt shops. You can browse the list to find those in the area near you.

Contact the local school district and ask about adult education classes/night classes.

http://www.quiltuniversity.com/ is a highly-regarded online source for classes.

Along with UKquilter's good answer, you may want to call Common Threads Quilt shop. They used to advertise classes. Also the Milwaukee Area Technical College has offered quilting classes in the past.

I'm a Brit quilter myself, but do you get any quilting magazines? There might be a link through quiltersnewsletter.com (I have a subscription to the paper magazine). Also, would local libraries have evening class brochures, like they do over here? Sorry it's not a specific help. Good luck.
